- Tell the registry counselor why the victim is being reported to the Abuse Registry.
- Aged Person: 60 + Infirmity + impaired ability.
- Disabled Adult: Age + Mental or physical limitations.
- Tell the registry counselor why you believe the incident you are reporting constitutes
abuse, neglect or exploitation. Remember self-neglect is also covered. Tell about a specific incident or a pattern of incidents or circumstances suggesting abuse, neglect or exploitation.
