Elder Victims of Crime Assistance Program
There are services available for you if you are over the age of 60 and need assistance.
  • If you have questions about what happens next.
  • Was someone arrested?
  • Do I have to go to court?
  • Will someone help me through this?
  • If you were injured and have questions about your eligibility for Victim Crime Compensation.
  • If you had tangible property stolen, damaged as a result of a crime and this loss adversely affects your quality of life. There is no source of reimbursement for this and you cannot replace it without assistance from the Victim Compensation program.
  • If you are experiencing some difficulty and are not sure what to do.
  • If you have questions about crime prevention.
  • If it would help just to be able to talk to someone about how this experience has affected your life.

We would like to help and our services are free...
